What are your billing and payment procedures?

Payment is due upon completion of work. You have two options for payment:

  • Option 1:  If you would like to pay for services with a credit card, we can invoice you through PayPal without you needing a PayPal account.
  • Option 2:  If you already have a PayPal account, you can simply and securely "send money" from PayPal to our PayPal email address. No invoice is necessarily needed for this. If you would like to set up a PayPal account, just click here to get started.

What are your hours of operation?

You can email us or send us your documents or text 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you need to speak to us by phone, see our Contact page for customer service hours.

Can you expedite work on weekends?

It depends on the project. Simply send us an email and we will let you know if it’s feasible or not. Of course, any work done on weekends will carry additional costs.

Are my documents secure and confidential?

We adhere to the highest standards of privacy. Your information or email address is never shared with anyone. All submitted documents and payments are transferred and received safely and securely via SSL email encryption.

What if I am not satisfied with the final results?

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, we will do our utmost to remedy the situation to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! If you refer our name to another business and they end up using our services, you will receive 10% off your next project (just make sure they mention that you referred them). It’s a win-win situation for all.
